1. About yyved

yyved sells pre-owned clothing and accessories. Each piece is unique, and vintage items may show signs of age or wear.

We do our best to provide clear descriptions, measurements and condition details, including any flaws we notice.

 

2. Orders and payment

Orders must be placed through our website using the payment options available at checkout.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change at any time. By placing an order, you confirm that your details are correct and that you’re authorised to use the payment method provided.

 

3. Shipping

  • Orders are sent from Sydney, Australia.
  • Order processing: 2–4 business days.
  • Domestic delivery: usually 2–6 business days with Australia Post Standard.
  • International delivery: Australia Post estimates 5–25+ business days for International Standard, but delivery times vary by country and may take longer. Customs checks can also cause delays.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may change due to delays outside our control.

 

4. Refunds and exchanges

We don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, including if an item doesn’t fit or no longer suits you. Please check the measurements and product details before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from its listing, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item and the issue so we can assess it and work with you on a resolution.

Any remedies required under Australian Consumer Law or the consumer protection laws that apply in your country still apply. Depending on the issue, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.

 

5. Product details

We take care to describe each item’s size, condition and materials as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen because of display settings or lighting in the photos.

 

6. Website content

The photos, writing and design on this website belong to yyved or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

 

7. Liability

These terms don’t affect any rights you have under the law. Where permitted by law, yyved isn’t responsible for loss or damage caused by using our website or products.

 

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information with care and use it only to manage your order and improve your experience on our site.
